Refund policy

Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return no justification needed.
• Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging
• Email ola@reiststudio.com to start a return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item

Customers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies in addition to our 30-day policy.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or wrong, email us straight away and we will make it right at our cost.
