We reply to every message within one business day, usually sooner. For anything about an existing order, include your order number and we will have the answer ready in the first reply.
What we can help with
- Order status and tracking — orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days across Europe
- Returns and exchanges — you have 30 days from delivery, and we send you the return label
- Product questions — materials, dimensions, how something wears over time
- Something went wrong — damaged, defective or incorrect items are our cost to fix, always
